钠基蒙脱土改性沥青的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究钠基蒙脱土对沥青技术性能的影响,采用熔融插层法制备了钠基蒙脱土改性沥青,利用XRD分析了钠基蒙脱土改性沥青的微观结构,并通过室内试验测试了钠基蒙脱土改性沥青的针入度、软化点和延度。结果表明:钠基蒙脱土扩大了层间距,形成了插层型纳米复合结构;钠基蒙脱土提高了沥青的黏度和高温性能,改善了沥青的感温性,但略降低沥青的低温性能;钠基蒙脱土的最佳掺量为4%左右。 In order to research the influence of Na-Montmorillonite(Na-MMT) on the technical performances of asphalts,the Na-MMT modified asphalt are prepared by melt intercalation.Then the microstructure of Na-MMT in the asphalt is characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the penetration,softening point and ductility of Na-MMT modified asphalt are also measured in the laboratory.The results show that layer space of Na-MMT in asphalt is expanded,which means that Na-MMT/matrix asphalt for man intercalated structure.Na-MMT can improve the viscosity and the high temperature performance of asphalt,improve the temperature serviceability,but reduce slightly the low temperature performances,and the optimum content of Na-MMT is 4%.
