不同温拌添加剂对SBS改性混合料性能的影响 被引量:15

Effect of Warm Asphalt Additives on Performance Properties of SBS Modified Asphalt Mixture

摘要 通过室内试验评价了Sasobit,Aspha-min和Evotherm DAT等3种不同的温拌添加剂对SBS改性沥青混合料的拌和与压实温度、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和抗疲劳特性的影响。结果表明,Sasobit,Aspha-min和Evotherm DAT均能明显降低SBS改性沥青混合料的拌和与压实温度,降温幅度分别为30℃,15℃和40℃。Sasobit能明显提高混合料的高温稳定性,Aspha-min对混合料水稳定性有明显降低作用,Evotherm DAT对混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性均有提高作用。另外,Sasobit和Evotherm DAT对SBS改性沥青混合料疲劳寿命均有明显提高作用,提高幅度分别为36%和47%,而Aspha-min对混合料疲劳寿命无明显增大作用。 The effect of Sasobit,Aspha-min and Evotherm DAT on the mix and compaction temperature,rutting resistance,low temperature resistance,moisture resistance and fatigue life of SBS modified asphalt mixture are evaluated by laboratory tests.The test results show that Sasobit,Aspha-min and Evotherm DAT can reduce the mix and compaction temperature by 30℃,15℃ and 40℃ respectively.Sasobit can improve obviously the rutting resistance of SBS modified asphalt mixture,and Aspha-min can decrease obviously the moisture resistance of the mixture.Evotherm DAT can increase the rutting,low temperature and moisture resistance ability of the mixture.In addition,Sasobit and Evotherm DAT can increase greatly the fatigue life of the mixture by 36%and 47%respectively.However,Aspha-min have no obviously improvement on the fatigue life of the mixtue.
