摘要 在深部开采条件下,一些高瓦斯矿井出现了煤与瓦斯突出和冲击地压并存的现象。通过对平煤十矿动力现象资料进行初步分析,提出用煤层注水、深孔卸压爆破和水力压裂技术来防治冲击地压和消除突出危险。结果表明:煤层注水不仅达到了防冲和消突的效果,还有效地降低了粉尘;深孔卸压爆破有效地消除了冲击地压的威胁,水力压裂在消除突出危险方面效果明显。 Under the deep mining condition, some high gas mines appeared the phenomenon that coal and gas outburst go together with rock-burst. According to the preliminary analysis on dynamic phenomenon data, some methods are put forward, such as coal seam infusion, long-hole blasting of releasing pressure along with hydraulic fracturing to prevent rock-burst and eliminate the gas outburst danger. The study results showed that the technology of coal seam infusion not only achieved the effects of preventing rock-burst and reducing the risk of gas outburst, but also reduced dust, the long-hole blasting of releasing pressure eliminated the threat of preventing rock-burst efficiently, and the hydraulic fracturing had obvious effects in removing the gas outburst hazard.
