ABC Inventory Control Model of Coal Enterprise Based on AHP

根据煤炭企业物料需求及存储的特殊性,将AHP与ABC库存控制模式相结合,改进了传统模式采用单一指标的弊端,同时应用两重ABC分类,简化了物料分类方法,并对每个级别的物料设定明确的管理策略,进而达到控制库存的目的。

According to the specificity of coal enterprises in material requirement and storage, combining of AHP and ABC inventory control model, the drawback of using single index about the traditional model was improved. At the same time, the double ABC classification was used to simplify the classification of materials, and the clear management strategy was set for each level of material; thus achieving the purpose of inventory control .
