基于ATV标准的分段进水多级A/O工艺设计优化 被引量:14

摘要 分段进水多级A/O工艺具有投资省、脱氮效率高等特点,但由于我国现有规范中对脱氮除磷设计参数取值范围非常宽,工程设计时很难取值。而德国ATV标准计算方法中对设计参数的取值给出了比较明确的计算方法,具有较强的操作性。介绍了基于德国ATV标准的分段进水多级A/O工艺设计计算方法,结合工艺计算及不同进水C/N比值提出了不同优化设计方案。另外,考虑除磷脱氮要求,对工艺强化除磷方案提出了工艺改进建议及工程设计中需要注意的问题。 Step-feed multistage A/O process has the advantages of less investment, high efficiency of nitrogen removal and so on. Because the range of the design parameters for nitrogen and phosphorus re- moval in the current Chinese standards is very wide, it is very difficult to choose the parameters in an en- gineering design. A specific and operable calculation method to choose the parameters is given in the German ATV standards. The calculation method of step-feed multistage A/O process based on the Ger- man ATV standards was introduced. Combined with the process calculation and different influent C/N ra- tios, the different optimization design schemes were proposed. In addition, considering the nitrogen and phosphorus removal requirements, proposals for enhancing the phosphorus removal and problems needing attention in the engineering design were put forward.
