STCC工艺污水处理厂的设计经验

Design Experience of Sewage Treatment Plant Using STCC Process

武汉市黄金口污水处理厂设计采用了具有除磷脱氮及深度处理功能的STCC污水处理工艺,实际运行表明,该工艺运行效果优良,出水水质达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。介绍了各单元的工艺设计参数及设备布置,总结了工艺特点以及设计经验。

The STCC sewage treatment process with the functions of phosphorus and nitrogen re- moval and advanced treatment is used in design of Huangjinkou WWTP in Wuhan City. The actual opera- tion shows that the process has excellent operation efficiency, and the effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant （GB 18918 -2002）. The design parameters and equipment arrangement of various units are introduced, and the process characteristics and experience in technological design are summarized.
