Drying of Dewatered Sludge from Large-scale WWTP by Boiler Flue Gas Residual Heat in Power Plant

摘要 深圳S污水处理厂毗邻热电厂,污泥处理具备了利用电厂余热资源的优势。通过对电厂锅炉受热面进行改造,将烟气余热转换为污泥干化的热源使用,可将污水厂脱水污泥的含水率从80%降至10%~30%。干化污泥可用作辅助燃料、有机制肥及建材等行业原料,实现了废物的综合利用。 Shenzhen Nanshan WWTP is near the Shenzhen Nanshan Power Plant, so the sludge treatment has an advantage in the use of residual heat from the power plant. Through reconstructing the heating surface of-I boiler, the boiler flue gas residual heat can be transformed into the heating source for sludge drying, which can reduce the water content of dewatered sludge from 80% to 10% -30%. The dried sludge can be used as the raw materials for auxiliary fuel, organic fertilizer and building material industry, and the comprehensive utilization of the waste is achieved.
