Design of New Combined Process for Pigment Wastewater Treatment

摘要 针对某颜料废水的特点,采用以电解/脱色反应器为预处理工艺,微电解/复合厌氧生物池/曝气生物滤池(BAF)为主处理工艺,多介质过滤/活性炭过滤/化学氧化为深度处理工艺组合而成的新型颜料废水处理工艺,处理水量为600 m3/d。工程运行结果表明,对COD、BOD5、SS、氨氮的去除率分别为92.2%、95.5%、80.5%和96.8%,出水pH值为7.0左右,出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)第二类污染物最高允许排放浓度一级标准。 Based on the characteristics of a pigment wastewater, a new combined treatment process was used, and it was composed of electrolysis and decolorization reactor in the pretreatment, microelec- trolysis, hybrid anaerobic tank and BAF in the main treatment, multimedia filter, activated carbon filter and chemical oxidation tank in the advanced treatment. The treatment capacity was 600 m3/d. The pro- ject operation results showed that the removal rates of COD, BOD5 , SS and NH4 - N were 92.2% , 95.5%, 80.5% and 96.8% respectively. The effluent pH was about 7.0. The effluent quality met the first level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
