摘要
受澄清技术、微絮凝过滤技术及悬浮球填料接触氧化技术的启发,提出了悬浮球填料接触絮凝工艺技术。该技术既摒弃了微絮凝过滤的弊端,又充分利用了悬浮球填料所具有的强大的吸附能力及不易堵塞的特性。悬浮球填料接触絮凝是对常规絮凝单元的有效强化,是混合与常规絮凝之间良好的水力过渡。加装的填料大大提高了絮体的浓度,极大地增加了絮体碰撞的几率。该工艺适用于低温低浊水处理的新建、扩建及改造工程,实践表明,其工艺技术简单,投资少,能够显著减少低温低浊水处理的药耗。
Under the inspiration of clarification technology, micro-flocculation filtration technology and suspended ball-filler contact oxidation technology, a suspended ball-filler contact flocculation process technology was proposed. The new technology abandoned shortcoming of micro-flocculation filtration, and made good use of strong adsorption ability and anti-blockage property of suspended ball-filler. Suspended ball-filler contact flocculation could effectively enhance the floeculation unit in conventional water treat- ment process, and it was a good hydraulic transition between mixing and conventional flocculation. Packed filler could greatly improve floe concentration and greatly increase probability of floc collision. The new technology can be used in new construction, expansion and reconstruction projects of low-tem- perature and low-turbidity water treatment. The practice shows that the technology has advantages of sim- ple process, low investment and low chemical dosing in low-temperature and low-turbidity water treat- ment.
