West Central Wisconsin Biosolids Facility （WCWBF） established in 1996. WCWBF serves 23 counties and about 80 000 people, the total Wastewater volume is nearly 26×10^4m^3. In 2009, Schwing BIOSET^TM lime stabilization system has started to run at the plant, till now still working perfectly. The plant end products meet USA EPA Class-A standard, and the water content is below 60%. The reason and process of the old system upgrading in WCWBF and the operation of Schwing BIOSET^TM lime stabilization system were introduced.
