某柴油机重工企业各生产工段会产生表面处理废水,对含铬废水采用亚硫酸钠法还原Cr6+,对含氰废水采用碱性氯化法破氰,然后再与酸碱综合废水混合进行混凝沉淀、过滤处理,处理出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准及《电镀行业水体污染物排放标准》(GB 21900—2008)。详细介绍了处理工艺流程、工程设计参数、设备配置情况,总结了设计特点、运行费用以及系统调试运行情况,可供类似工程参考。
Production sections of a diesel engine heavy industry enterprise generated surface finish- ing wastewater. Cr6+ in chromium wastewater was reduced by sodium sulfite, and cyanide in cyanide wastewater was removed by alkaline chlorination process. The treated wastewater was mixed with acid-al- kali wastewater for coagulation, sedimentation and filtration. The treated effluent quality met the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996) and Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating (GB 21900 -2008 ). The process flow, design parameters and device configuration were introduced, and the design features, operation costs, and system commissioning operation were summarized for reference in similar projects.
