摘要 环孢素A（Cyclosporin A,CsA）是一种较强的选择性免疫抑制剂,可抑制T细胞介导的免疫反应,干扰Th细胞分泌的IL-2、IL-3、IL-4、IFN-γ、TNF-α等细胞因子的生成[1]。环孢素A作为重症溃疡性结肠炎的二线治疗方案在国外指南中得到极力推荐[2]。我国2007年炎症性肠病诊治共识意见中也提示对于激素无效患者,可使用环孢素A,
