不同浓度的α-细辛醚对KA癫痫大鼠脑电图的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨不同浓度的α-细辛醚(α-Asarone)对侧脑室注射红藻氨酸(Kainicacid,KA)癫痫大鼠脑电图(EEG)的影响。方法:将50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为2组,分别为正常对照组(n=10)和癫痫模型组(n=40)。模型组再随机分为4组,每组10只,分别为单纯癫痫模型组(即KA组),α-细辛醚低浓度(6mg/kg)组,中浓度(12mg/kg)组和高浓度(24mg/kg)组。α-细辛醚组在术前30rain经腹腔注射给药,术后立即应用数字化EEG仪进行连续描记30min。观察各组大鼠EEG痫性丛状放电波发生频率、波幅变化和每一丛状放电波中峰电位数目(numberofspikesineachburst,NSEB)的变化。结果:正常对照组大鼠EEG未描记到痢性丛状放电波,KA组大鼠EEG可观察到明显的痢性丛状波发放,其发放频率、波幅变化和NSEB值均较α-细辛醚中、高浓度组高(P〈O.05);低浓度旷细辛醚组癫痫大鼠丛状波发放频率与KA组相比差异有显著意义(P〈O.05),但其波幅和NSEB值变化不明显(P〉0.05)。在各α-细辛醚浓度组间,低浓度组在丛状波发放频率、波幅和NSEB方面与中、高浓度组相比存在差异(P〈o.05);中、高浓度组间差异不明显(P〉O.05)。结论:α-细辛醚可减少KA癫痫大鼠脑电图的痼样放电。 Objective: To explore the effect of α-Asarone in different concentration on electroen- cephalogram(EEG) of the epileptic rats. Methods:Fifty males Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into two parts randomly: the normal controls(n = 10)and epileptic models(n = 40). The epileptic models were divided into four groups randomly with 10 rats each, as kainie acid(KA)group, low α-Asarone concentration group, moderate a-Asarone concentration group and high α-Asarone concentration group. The a-Asarone group were injected intraperitoneally with α-Asarone about 30 minutes before they were kindled by KA, and then the record of electroencephalogram was taken for 30 minutes. The changes of frequency, ampli- tude and the number of spikes in each burst (NSEB)of EEG were observed. Results.. In the controls the epileptiform waves were not recorded. However,there were lots of epileptiform waves in the KA group. Compared with moderate α-Asarone group and high group, the frequency, amplitude and NSEB were markedly higher in KA group(P〈0, 05). Compared with KA group, the low group was different in fre- quency. But there was no obvious difference in the amplitude and NSEB. There was difference in the mod- erate group and the high group compared with low α-Asarone group. Conclusion: The use of α-Asarone can suppress the abnormal EEG of epileptic rats kindled by KA.
