传统手工的企事业全面预算管理在预算编制、预算执行监控、预算分析调整、预算考核评价等方面存在很多问题,导致预算管理人员在预算管理的各个环节耗费大量的时间却不能获得预期的效果。而全面的预算管理体系又是企事业单位进行日常经济活动的重要基础,因此充分利用信息技术,将全面预算管理过程信息化已成为推进企事业单位预算管理的重要工作。本文设计和实现了一种基于Hyperion系统的全面预算管理信息系统,使得企事业在全面预算管理的各个环节得到了改善和提高。

There are many problems in traditional comprehensive budget management which is processed manually, such as budget perlbrmanee monitoring, budget analysis and adjustment, budget check and evaluation. People of budget management spend a lot of time, but the resuh is hardly satisfactory. While the comprehensive budget information system is the base of the enterprise＇ s routine budget management, there is strong impetus to make the budget management systematic. This paper introduces a comprehensive budget intbrmation system based on the Hyperion, which will improves and enhance all the aspects of comprehensive budget management.
