补片悬吊系统在盆腔脏器脱垂的应用体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨应用全盆底补片悬吊系统(Prolift Tm系统)治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的疗效。方法对57例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者应用全盆底补片悬吊系统进行盆底重建术。结果 57例患者手术均获成功,每台手术平均用时75min,术中出血平均200mL无神经、肌肉、血管的损伤,无并发症发生,术后恢复好。结论应用(Prolift Tm)悬吊系统进行盆底重建手术能加固支撑盆腔器官到正常的解剖位置,改善生活质量。对治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂效果良好。
