摘要
减少粘胶/天丝混纺纱的毛羽,提高纱线耐磨性,是粘胶/天丝混纺纱上浆的关键。通过大量实验,针对粘胶/天丝纱线的特点制定了2种经纱上浆配方,对其浆液性能、浆膜性能及相关指标进行分析,通过对比分析确定粘胶/天丝混纺纱的最佳上浆工艺,用马铃薯变性淀粉P24部分或全部替代工厂配方中的PVA,减少了环境污染。
To reduce the hairiness of Viscose/Tencel blended yarn and improve the yarn wear resistance are the key in the blended yarn sizing. Through a large numbers of experiments, two kinds of warp sizing formulas were designed based on the characters of Viscose/Tencel blended yarn. The size liquid performances and size film properties and the related indexes were analyzed, and the best sizing process is optimized after the analysis and comparison. The PVA can be replaced by modified potatoes starch P24 partly or wholly, thus reduced environment pollution.
