摘要
设计了一种聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维原丝用油剂,并用几种国产改性硅油、聚醚型非离子乳化剂与水按一定比例配制成油剂乳液。研究了油剂中各组分用量改变对油剂残留量、原丝集束性、比电阻、摩擦性、平滑性、润湿性、稳定性等性能指标的影响,分析得知油剂中各组分的作用是:环氧改性硅油赋予原丝适当的耐热性、集束性;氨基改性硅油赋予原丝适当的平滑性及摩擦性;聚醚改性硅油具有润湿性;聚醚型非离子乳化剂乳化改性硅油使油剂形成较均匀、稳定的水乳液。经反复实验和工厂应用研究,优选出油剂配方为:环氧改性硅油7%~9%、氨基改性硅油14%~16%、聚醚改性硅油14%~18%、聚醚型非离子乳化剂9%~11%,配制成水乳液。
An oiling agent for polyacylonitrile (PAN) -based carbon fiber precursor was designed and several kinds of domestic produced modified silicone oil, polyether-type nonionic emulsifier were prepared to be an oil emulsion with a certain proportion of water. The effect of the change of oil emulsion residual amount on collection property of precursor fiber, specific resistivity, friction property, gliding property, wettabihty and stability was studied. Analysis shows that the function of components of oil emulsion is: epoxy modiiXed silicone oil endows with appropriate heat-resistance and collection property of precursor fiber; amino modified silicone oil endows with appropriate friction property and gliding property; polyether modified silicone oil promots wettability; emulsifier modified silicone oil of polyether-type nonionic emulsifier makes oil become water emulsion of uniformity and stability. After repeated experiments and factory applications, an optimal prescription of oil is:epoxy modified silicone oil 7% -9% , amino modified silicone oil 14% - 16% , polyether modified silicone oil 14% - 18%, polyether-type nonionic emulsifier 9% - 11% and made as water emulsion.
