毛/镀银纤维精纺毛织物后整理工艺研究

Research on after finish of worsted fabric made of wool/silver-plated fiber

将镀银纤维应用于毛精纺织物中,以实现精纺毛织物的多功能化。镀银纤维集防电磁辐射、抗菌、抗静电等多种优异功能于一体,但其表面具有特殊的颜色,且遇高温易氧化变色,耐酸性较差,限制了其在毛纺行业中的应用。通过实验,对含镀银纤维精纺毛织物的后整理工艺进行了研究,得出了后整理温度、酸碱度是影响镀银纤维性能的主要因素,提出了优化后的后整理工艺。

In this article, silver-plated fiber is used in the worsted fabric to make it be of multi-function. Silver-plated fiber features excellent anti-electromagnetic radiation, antibacterial and antistatic. But it has a special color on the surface and easily discoloration under high temperature. It is poor in acid-proof. All these limited its application in wool spinning industry. The experiments of after finish of worsted fabric containing silver-plated fiber have indicated that after finish temperature and acid and alkali value are the main factors to affect the performance of silver-plated fiber. An optimized after finishing process is proposed in the article.
