摘要
对不同厂家生产的聚苯硫醚(PPS)的原纤维结构、热性能和力学性能进行对比分析,并研究温度和酸碱度对聚苯硫醚纤维的影响。结果表明,日本东丽生产的聚苯硫醚纤维断裂强度最大,平均断裂强度达4.37 cN/dtex,同时保持较高的断裂伸长率,纤维韧性良好;两种国产聚苯硫醚纤维平均断裂强度均高于3.50 cN/dtex,能够满足针刺非织造布生产要求,但不匀率远比日本东丽差;在经过酸碱处理和热处理之后,聚苯硫醚纤维表现出了较高的耐酸碱和耐温性能,其中东丽的耐酸碱、耐温性能更佳。聚苯硫醚纤维非织造布具有良好的过滤效率和吸音性能。
Fiber structure, its thermal and mechanical properties of polyphenylene sulfide fiber(PPS) made by different factories were analyzed and compared with the effect of different temperature and acid and alkali value on PPS fiber studied. The result shows that the Japanese Toray made PPS fiber is of the highest breaking strength with an average breaking strength of 4.37 cN/dtex and with a relative high breaking stretch and better flexibility. The breaking strength of two Chinese-made PPS fibers is higher than 3.50 cN/dtex that meets the process required by needle punched non-woven fabric, but the fiber uniformity is worse than that made by Japan Toray. After acid, alkali and heat treated, all of the three PPS fibers shows good acid, alkali and heat resistance, and Toray' s fiber is best. PPS fiber non-woven fabric features good filtration efficiency and sound insulation.
