重庆市巫山县2011年手足口病流行病学分析

Chongqing city Wushan county on 2011 foot and mouth disease epidemiology analysis

目的通过分析巫山县2011年手足口病(HFMD)的特征,探索有效的预防控制策略和应对措施。方法采用描述性流行病学分析方法对巫山县2011年报告的手足口病病例资料进行分析。结果巫山县2011年累计报告手足口病625例,发病率为126.24/10万;城镇发病249例,发病率为138.33/10万,农村发病376例,发病率为121.29/10万。发病以学龄前儿童为主,城镇与农村儿童发病情况差异无统计学意义(P=0.106)。从哨点医院采集咽拭子标本95份,共检出肠道病毒阳性71份,阳性率为74.73%。结论落实对托幼机构、特别是流动儿童的防控管理工作,加强疫情的主动监测,采取有效切断传播途径,隔离传染源和开展综合性健康教育宣传是手足口病防控的必要措施。

Objective Dothe analysis of the characteristics about the hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） at Wushan County in 2011 to explore the effective prevention and control strategies and response measures. Methods To analyze the data of HFMD cases in Wushan County 2011 with the approachthat named the descriptive epidemiologieal analysis.Results 2011,the accumulative total report of HFMD caseswere 625 in Wushan, and morbidity rateswas126.24/10 million. More Specifically Speaking, the cases of cities and townswere 249 and the rate was138.33/10 million. In the village, the number reached to 376 cases with the rate of 121.29/10 million. The majority of this disease waspreschool children. There was no statistical significance of the differences between children in cities and towns or in village（P=0.106）. During this period, the total reported cases were 299.It contained 47.84% patients of the total number. With collecting 95 specimens of throat swabs form whistle point hospital, we found Intestinal virus positive 71 copies, and the positive rate was 74.73%.Conclusion The necessary measures to prevent and control this disease areconcluded as follows. Firstly, applying this prevent and control actions to kindergartens, especially the migrant children. Then, strengthen the epidemic of active surveillance. Besides, taking effective actions to cut off the transmission way and sequestersource of infection. Last but not the least is to encourage propaganda of comprehensive health education.
