试论我国政府公共体育服务职能的完善

Try to Discuss Improving the Government's Public Service of Sports

通过文献资料法、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国政府公共体育服务存在的问题和政府公共体育服务职能的界限进行了讨论。针对当前政府公共体育服务存在的问题和政府公共体育服务职能的界限,提出了完善政府公共体育服务职能的四条途径:首先,转变观念是根本;其次,加强法制建设是关键;第三,推进公共体育服务社会化是支撑;第四,重视其他配套服务的完善重要条件。

This article uses the methods of literature and logic induc- tive to analyze the problems of service function of public sports and discusses the government＇ s public sports service of the boundary. Put four ways to improve the government＇ s public service of sports. First, change sense is the fundamental. Second, strengthening the legal system is the key. Third promote public sports service sociali- zation is the support. Fourth improve the mating service is the im- portant condition.
