摘要
用扫描电镜及能谱仪观察和分析不同La和Ce含量的25CrMoVB钢中夹杂物形貌和成分。结果表明,随着加入La、Ce含量的增加,钢中的长条形MnS夹杂逐渐被改性,最终变成小尺寸球状的稀土硫氧化物;同时钢中的硅酸盐、氧化铝夹杂也被改性成稀土夹杂。但La、Ce加入过量时,钢中会出现较大尺寸的复合夹杂。
The morphology and composition of the inclusions in 25CrMoVB steel were analyzed through scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that with increasing of rare earth element content, the elongated MnS inclusions are modified gradually and eventually turned into smaller and globular sulphides and oxides with rare earth. At the same time, silicate inclusions and aluminum oxide inclusions were changed into rare earth inclusions. But excessive rare earth element content would cause the bigger compound inclusions in the steel.
