摘要
无焰燃烧技术有设备简单、温度均匀、燃烧稳定、效率高和排放低等特点,被称为21世纪最有发展前景的燃烧技术之一。本文结合多篇国内外研究文献,总结了他们各自无焰燃烧方式的特点及其判定方法。接着列举了几种实现无焰燃烧的技术手段,包括充入氮气、高速射流和特殊燃烧室结构等。最后分别对气体燃料和固体燃料的无焰燃烧机理进行分析,从基元反应的角度说明了无焰燃烧排放低的原因,并列举了无焰燃烧技术在工业中的应用实例。
Flameless combustion technology with its simple equipment, temperature uniformity, combustion stability, high efficiency and low emissions technology features, was known as one of the 21st century's most promising combustion technologies. The characteristics and the decision methods of flameless combustion was summarized. In addition, methods to achieve flameless combustion were concluded, include N2-added, jet with high velocity, special combustion chamber and so on. Then, the reaction mechanism of gas fuel and solid fuel were carried out to explain the low waste emission of flameless combustion. Finally the application status of flameless combustion in industry were enumerated.
