摘要
科技创新平台作为支撑创新活动的重要载体和核心力量,在区域科技与经济发展中发挥着重要的作用。针对黑龙江省科技创新平台布局不合理现象,构建了影响平台布局的区位因子评价指标体系,运用因子分析和聚类分析相结合的方法,在对黑龙江省13个地区进行综合评价的基础上,确立了黑龙江省科技创新平台发展的"主增长极"和"次增长极",旨在为黑龙江省科技管理部门决策提供科学依据和方法支持,并为其它省市提供借鉴和参考。
As the important carrier and core strength of innovation activities,sci-tech innovation platform plays an important role in regional economic and technological development.An evaluation index system is designed in this paper to optimize the layout of Heilongjiang's Sci-tech innovation platform.Then factor analysis and cluster analysis are used to evaluate the situation of 13 areas of Heilongjiang province.The "primary growth pole" and "subordinate growth pole" of Heilongjiang's sci-tech innovation platform are established.The purpose of this work is to provide decision and method support for Heilongjiang's technology management department,as well as references for other provinces.
