摘要
汽车核心企业的产品创新过程属于复杂产品创新过程,其影响因素较为复杂。首先,分析了汽车核心企业创新过程的影响因素,将其归结为6个方面。然后,把这6个方面拆分为10个影响因素,利用解释结构模型找出其影响绩效的层级关系和内在影响机制,得出企业的价值观是影响创新过程最为根本的因素。最后,对美国和日本的汽车核心企业创新过程的影响因素进行了比较分析,对模型进行了初步验证,旨在为以汽车企业为核心的网络整合创新提供理论和应用依据。
The product innovation process of auto focal firm is complex.Firstly,analyze the factors influencing innovation process performance,which include six aspects;Secondly,put the six aspects split in to eleven factors,and use interpretative structural modeling to identify the hierarchy and influencing mechanism of factors.Finding that the corporate values is the most fundamental factor which influences the innovation process performance;Finally,in order to validate the model,conduct the comparative analysis on factors influencing Japanese and American auto focal firm innovation process.It will provide theory and application basis for the integrated innovation of auto focal firm.
