中医穴位按摩在母婴分离产妇乳房护理中的作用

The Role of Point Massage of Herbalist Doctor in Maternal Separbtion Maternal Breast Care

目的探讨中医穴位按摩在母婴分离产妇乳房护理中的作用。方法选择母婴分离产妇120例,随机分成研究组及对照组各60例,研究组在产后开始连续5d进行中医穴位按摩,对照组则进行常规乳房护理。比较两组产后开始泌乳时间、泌乳量充足时间、5d产妇乳房胀痛程度的主观评分、乳房硬度、母乳喂养率及乳腺炎的发生率。结果通过中医穴位按摩两组泌乳时间、泌乳量充足时间、5d产妇乳房胀痛程度的主观评分、乳房硬度、母乳喂养率差异有统计学意义,乳腺炎的发生率差异无统计学意义。结论中医穴位按摩可明显减轻母婴分离产妇乳房胀痛程度及硬度,使泌乳时间提前,母乳喂养率提高。

Objective To investigate the role of the Chinese medicine massage Maternal Separation maternal breast care.Methods Maternal Separation maternal 120 cases were randomly divided into study group and control group 60 cases,the study group after childbirth for 5 consecutive days of Chinese acupressure and the control group,routine breast care.Compare two groups of postpartum start lactation,milk yield sufficient time to five days of maternal breast tenderness degree of subjective ratings,breast hardness,breast-feeding rate and mastitis incidence.Results By the degree of Chinese medicine lactation milk yield in sufficient time to five days of maternal breast tenderness extent subjective score,breast hardness,breastfeeding rates have a significant difference not statistically significant incidence of mastitis.Conclusion Chinese acupressure can significantly reduce the degree of breast tenderness and hardness of Maternal Separation maternal,early lactation,increase breastfeeding rates.
