长春西汀与奥扎格雷联合治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Vinpocetine Combined with Ozagrel in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察长春西汀联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将116例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各58例,联合治疗组采用长春西汀30mg、联合奥扎格雷钠80mg,1次/d,连续14d。对照组单用奥扎格雷钠80mg,1次/d,连续14d,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果联合治疗组的总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的84.48%(P<0.05),神经功能缺损改善程度亦优于对照组(P<0.05),血液流变学各项指标明显改善。结论长春西汀联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切、不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Vinpocetine combined with Ozagrel in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 116 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group（58 cases） and control group（58 cases）.The treatment group was allocated Vinpocetine 30mg and Ozagrel 80mg,Qd,for 14 days.And control group was only allocated Ozagrel 80mg,Qd,for 14 days.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 93.10%,but that in control group was 84.48%,there was a significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Hemodunamics was improved greatly.Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with Ozagrel has confirmative efficacy on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and less adverse reactions.It is worth to be generalization and application.
