摘要
目的了解武警部队基层干部在年龄、职别以及文化程度等方面压力的情况,做好心理辅导工作。方法随机选取驻沪武警部队基层干部500人进行问卷调查,从年龄、职别以及文化程度对调查的结果进行比较分析。结果在年龄维度上,30～35岁年龄组的基层干部的压力较其他两组明显要大;在职级维度上,正营职干部的心理压力较其他三组更为明显;在文化程度维度上,硕士学历干部的压力明显较专科及以下的干部小。结论应对武警部队基层干部的心理压力问题,应该根据不同的年龄、职别以及学历采取不同的措施。
Objective To investigate the status of the quality of life in different ages and rank groups of the Chinese armed police force cadre group.Methods 500 cadres were assessed with ＂life quality questionnaire in armed police force cadre group＂.Results There was a significant difference among different ages and rank groups,and the pressure was highest in the 30-35 age group,and the pressure was also highest in the campsite group.Conclusions We should take different measures to different military officers in order to improve their psychological quality.
