Improved tansion hernia repair of inguinal hernia 115 cases

目的通过对疝环填充式无张力疝修补术原始术式的改进,缩短手术时间,并发症更少,复发率更低。方法将改进的术式应用于115例次病人,其中I型25例,II型48例,III型35例,IV型7例,对这些病例进行随访、总结和分析。结果所有病人术后均未复发及出现并发症。结论改良的疝环填充式无张力疝修补术手术时间更短,并发症更少,复发率更低。

Reconstruction of abdominal wall defects is a challenging problem.The preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative factors and techniques during abdominal wall reconstruction were associated with poor outcomes.In the current report,a new surgery on clinical plug mesh tension-free herniorrhaphy is developed and the details are mentioned in the text.Placement of mesh plug and patch were used to provide additional reinforcement in the repair.The average surgery time decreased to 32 min based on our new methods.Data were collected and analyzed from 115 patients who underwent ventral abdominal hernia repair in our clinic.A decrease in the complications and recurrence ratio were also reported.Our new method is an efficient surgery to prevent hernia relapse after herniorrhaphy and could reduced recurrence rates and may provide the optimal repair in complex hernia defects.
