他莫昔芬与光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生病的比较研究

A comparative study of tamoxifen and photoelectric ion treatment instrument treatment of mammary glands

目的他莫昔芬与光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生病,比较两者的临床应用价值。方法自1998年8月—2009年12月采用他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生病358例,同期光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生症216例,比较两者在疗效、不良反应以及停药后复发率等方面的差异。结果疗效:他莫昔芬组疗效满意(总有效率89.1%)高于光电离子治疗仪组(总有效率52.4.%)(P<0.005)。不良反应:他莫昔芬组不良反应轻,光电离子治疗仪组不良反应不明显。随访复发率:他莫昔芬组(12.14%)低于光电离子治疗仪组(75.12%)(P<0.005)。结论他莫昔芬能消除乳房疼痛及肿块,疗效好、不良反应轻微,是目前较为理想的治疗乳腺增生症的药物。

Objective Tamoxifen and photoelectric ion treatment instrument treatment of breast hyperplasia,to compare the clinical value.Methods August 1998 to December 2009 using tamoxifen Fen treatment of mammary glands of 358 cases of the same period photoelectric ion therapeutic apparatus 216 cases of mammary hyperplasia and to compare the efficacy,side effects and withdrawal relapse rate,etc.differences.Results Efficacy：tamoxifen group were satisfactory（total efficiency of 89.1%） higher than the optical ion therapy instrument group（total efficiency of 52.4.%）（P 〈0.005）.Side effects：tamoxifen group side effects of light,photoelectric ion treatment instrument of side effects is not obvious.Follow-up recurrence rate：tamoxifen group（12.14%） is lower than the optical ion therapy instrument group（75.12%）（P 〈0.005）.Conclusion Tamoxifen can eliminate breast pain and lumps,good efficacy,fewer adverse reactions,is the ideal drugs for the treatment of breast hyperplasia.
