中医“心代脑思”理论的成因溯源

Tracing back the reason of a concept-heart governing thinking instead of brain in TCM theory

由心主管记忆和思维,是中医理论的基本观点之一。通过考察相关中医古典医著,以中医整体观和"有诸内必行诸外"等理念为依据,从心与脑在中医整体观中的位置、古代中医对心脏和大脑功能的理解,以及由心主管记忆和思维的理念基于中医诊断的需要等方面,对中医理论中由心代脑而思的形成原因进行溯源性分析。

It is one of basic concepts in TCM theory that heart governs memory and thinking. The formation reason of heart governing thinking instead of brain in TCM theory was traced back in the paper according to the concepts of holism and viscera inside must manifesting themselves externally through investigating relative TCM classics. The locations of heart and brain in the holism of TCM, comprehension to the functions of heart and brain by ancient TCM doctors, and the necessity of the concept of heart governs memory and thinking in TCM diagnosis were analyzed.
