摘要
采用紫外光间歇照射引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)反应,频率为照射3 min歇息30 min,光引发剂加入量为单体质量的0.12%,每次加料厚度1~3cm,常温过程(≤40℃)制作有机玻璃工艺品。结果发现,该法单体损失率仅为热引发法的14.8%,且适用于40℃以上易变形的内嵌物,电能消耗也大幅下降。
Methyl methacrylate(MMA) was initiated by UV intermittent radiation. Each of radiation time was 3 min, the rest time was 30 min. The mass ratio of photo initiator(based on monomer) was 0.12%. The thickness of feeding is 1-3 cm. Then the organic glass crafts could be made at normal temperature (≤40 C). The results show that its monomer loss rate is 14.8% of thermal initiation. And it is suitable to embed deforming material(~40 C). Power consumption decreases sharply.
