摘要
借助于数值模拟方法研究微结构几何参数与注射成型质量之间的相互关系。研究结果表明,宽厚比增大,微特征结构的注射充填率增大;高厚比增大,微特征结构的注射充填率减小;微特征结构与浇口的距离越大,注射充填率越大。研究还发现,剪切应力、翘曲变形量分布与微特征结构的高度无关,主要取决于微特征结构的宽度及其与浇口的距离。
The relationship between microstructure geometric parameters and mold-ing quality was investigated based on the numerical simulation method. The results in- dicate that filling ratio of microstructure increases with the increase of the width to thickness ratio and the distances between microstructure and gate, while decreases with the increase of the height to thickness ratio. The results also illustrate that distribution of shear stress and warpage are unrelated to the height of microstructure but depend on the width and distances.
