通络解毒汤配合局部拔罐治疗带状疱疹240例疗效观察

The curative effect of treating 240 cases of herpes zoster with the Tongluo Jiedu decoction plus local cupping

目的:探究通络解毒汤配合局部拔罐治疗带状疱疹疗效观察。方法:整理分析我院自2008年3月～2012年3月收治的240例带状疱疹患者,将其随机均分为两组,对照组患者120例给予常规西药治疗;实验组患者120例给予通络解毒汤配合局部拔罐治疗。观察比较两组临床症状改善情况。结果:实验组疼痛消失、皮疹结痂、皮疹消退及用药时间明显短于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者总有效率为93.3%(112/120),对照组患者总有效率为81.7%(98/120),实验组患者总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通络解毒汤配合局部拔罐治疗带状疱疹具有显著地临床疗效,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective： To explore the curative effect of treating 240 cases of herpes zoster with the Tongluo Jiedu decoction plus local cupping. Methods： Collected 240 cases of herpes zoster in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2012, which were randomly divided into two groups： 120 patients of control group （GC） treated with conventional western medicine; 120 patients in experimental group （GE）, were given the treatment of Tongluo Jiedu Soup with local cupping. Observed the improvement of clinical symptoms. Results： The time of pain disappeared, crusting rash, the rash subsided and using medication in GE, was significantly shorter than that of GC,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The effective rate of GE was 93.3% （112/120）, which was significantly higher than it in GC （81.7%, 98/120） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating herpes zoster with the Tongluo Jiedu decoction plus local cupping for herpes zoster has significant clinical efficacy, which is worthy of wide application.
