探讨中西医联合治疗股骨头无菌坏死的疗效

Exploring the efficacy of treating femoral head aseptic necrosis in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医联合治疗股骨头的无菌坏死的临床疗效。方法:选取对照组25例经常规的减压对症治疗;治疗组28例是经中西医结合治疗,观察对比分析两组治疗后的疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组的疼痛缓解率比对照组的要高得多,总有效率也明显比对照组的要高,且治疗组的血管数明显增加,而对照组的增加不明显。结论:中西医联合治疗,能减少患者的疼痛,提高疗效,增加股骨头的血管,利于患者的康复,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating femoral head aseptic necrosis in the integrative medicine. Methods： 25 cases of control group selection by conventional decompression symptomatic treatment; 28 cases in treatment group was treated in the integrative medicine, observation a comparative analysis of the two groups after treatment the curative effect. Results： After treatment, the treatment group than the control group of pain relief rate will be much higher, with the total effective rate is obviously higher than the control group and the treatment group blood vessels number increased significantly, and the increase of the group is not obvious. Conclusion： Treating femoral head aseptic necrosis in the integrative medicine, can reduce the pain of patients and improve curative effect, increase the femoral vessels, beneficial to the recovery of patient, and promotion in clinical use.
