心痹一号治疗不稳定型心绞痛92例疗效观察

Efficacy observation of treating 92 cases of unstable angina pectoris with the Xinbi No.1

目的:观察心痹一号[1]治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)疗效。方法:将92例中医辨证为气虚血瘀型的不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组各46例,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加服心痹一号方加味观察临床疗效。结果:心绞痛疗效总有效率、中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组均为91.30%,对照组均为75.89%。两组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。心电图疗效总有效率治疗组为72.59%,对照组为57.58%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心绞痛缓解、中医证候改善及心电图改善均优于对照组。结论:心痹一号方加味合西药治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating unstable angina pectoris with the Xinbi No. 1. Methods： 92 cases of TCM syndrome Qixv Xueyu type unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups, 46 each, for all of modern conventional therapy, the treatment group took the Xinbi No. 1 party flavored, observe their clinical efficacy. Results： Angina total efficiency and the TCM syndromes total effective rate in the treatment group were 91.30%, 75,89% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） between the two groups. ECG efficacy total effective rate in the treatment group was 72.59%, and 57.58% in the control group, two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Treatment group angina relief, the TCM syndromes improvement and ECG improvement than the control group. Conclusion： Treating Qixv Xueyn type unstable angina pectoris with the Xinbi No. 1 plus modern medicine has a good effect.
