电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症86例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 86 cases of lumbar disc herniation by electro acupuncture

目的:探讨电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:本研究收集了2010年9月～2012年5月共172例病例,分为电针治疗组86例,普通针刺组86例。电针取穴十七椎、腰阳关、环跳、阳陵泉,并辨证加减。结果:电针治疗组疗效显著优于普通针刺组。结论:电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

Objectives： To investigate the clinical efficacy on treating lumbar disc herniation by electro acupuncture. Methods： Collected a total of 172 cases from September 2010 to May 2012, and they were divided them into electro acupuncture treatment group and conventional acupuncture group averagely, 86 cases in each group. Electro acupuncture acupointed seventeen vertebral, Yao yangguan, Huantiao, and Yanglingquan, and had dialectical addition and subtraction. Results： The efficacy of electro acupuncture treatment group was significantly better than that of ordinary acupuncture group. Conclusion： Electro acupuncture had a good effect on treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
