脑血栓片临床观察60例病历分析

An analysis of treating 60 patients with cerebral infarction with cerebral thrombosis piece

目的:观察脑血栓片治疗脑梗死患者临床疗效及其对血液流变、同型半胱氨酸、血脂全项的影响。方法:将60例动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗塞患者随机分为两组,实验组30例,对照组30例。两组西医基础治疗相同,实验组服用阿司匹林100mg/d,另外再应用脑血栓片4片/次,3次/d,口服(天津同仁堂集团股份有限公司生产,规格0.3g/片),对照组只服用阿司匹林100mg/d。两组疗程均为3个月。分别于2个月及3个月后后对两组患者血液流变、同型半胱氨酸、血脂全项指标检查,神经功能缺损评分,临床疗效进行比较。结果:实验组与对照组相比较,治疗3个月后血液流变学、同型半胱氨酸、血脂全项各项指标具有明显差异(P<0.05),神经功能缺损评分具有明显差异(P<0.01),两组临床疗效比较,实验组有效率95%,对照组有效率78%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑血栓片联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死优于单用阿司匹林。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of cerebral thrombosis piece on treating patients with cerebral infarction and its impact on rheology, homocysteine, lipids. Methods： 60 cases of atherosclerosis in patients with thrombotic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The modem medicine of the two groups is identical, the experimental group were given aspirin, 100mg a day, in additional plus cerebral thrombosis piece, 4 piece a time, 3 times a day, orally, control group only treated with aspirin, 100mg a day. 3 months as a course. To respectively compare the theology, homocysteine, lipids indicators examination, neurological deficit scores and clinical efficacy in the two group after 2 months and 3 months. Results： Two groups compared, the theology, homocysteine, lipids various indicators of the two group had a significant difference （P〈0.05） aider 3 months, neurological deficit scores had a significant difference （P〈0.01）, comparison of clinical efficacy in the two group, the total eff^ciency of experimental group was 95%, and the control group was 78%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of cerebral thrombosis tablets combined with aspirin on treating cerebral infarction is superior to aspirin alone.
