中药治疗肾积水48例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 48 cases of hydronephrosis in TCM

目的:观察自拟祛瘀渗湿补肾汤治疗肾积水的临床疗效。方法:48例肾积水患者采用自拟祛瘀渗湿补肾汤治疗,每日1剂,15d为1个疗程。结果:显效17例,有效:15例,较差14例,无效2例,总有效率95.8%。结论:自拟祛瘀渗湿补肾汤治疗肾积水疗效显著。
