大黄茯苓泽泻汤治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症临床观察

Clinical observation on treating type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia with the Dahuan Fuling Zexie decoction

目的:观察大黄茯苓泽泻汤治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为中药组和对照组,中药组予大黄茯苓泽泻汤,对照组予血脂康胶囊。结果:中药组总有效率为90%,对照组为80%,中药组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大黄茯苓泽泻汤治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the effect of treating type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia with the Dahuan Fuling Zexie decoction. Methods： 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into TCM group and control group, TCM group were treated with the Dahuan Fuling Zexie decoction and the control group were given Xuezhi Kang capsule. Results： The total effective rate of TCM group was 90.0%, while control group was 80.0%, the effect of TCM group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of treating type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia with the Dahuan Fuling Zexie decoction was significant.
