归芍地黄汤加减治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血50例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 50 cases of adolescent uterine bleeding with the Guishao Dihuang decoction

目的:观察归芍地黄汤加减治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法:将100例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为归芍地黄汤治疗组与西医治疗对照组。治疗组50例,采用归芍地黄汤加减治疗;对照组50例,用西医疗法治疗。3个疗程后观察两组患者的疗效。结果:归芍地黄汤治疗组总有效率治疗组为92%,西医治疗对照组为82%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归芍地黄汤加减治疗青春期功血疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating adolescent uterine bleeding with the Guishao Dihuang decoction. Methods： 100 cases of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were randomly divided into the Guishao Dihuang decoction treatment group and modem medicine control group. The treatment group of 50 patients was given the Guishao Dihuang decoction for treatment; and the control group of 50 patients were treated with modem medicine. The efficacy of the two groups were observed after three courses. Results： In the Guishao Dihuang decoction treatment group, the total efficiency was 92%, and in the modem medicine control group, the total efficiency was 82%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating adolescent uterine bleedina with the Guishao Dihuang decoction has a significant effect.
