涤痰定眩汤治疗内耳眩晕症30例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating vertigo inner ear disease with the Ditan Dingxuan decoction

目的:探讨涤痰定眩汤治疗内耳眩晕症的临床疗效。方法:依据诊断标准收治内耳眩晕症患者60例,并随机抽取30例作为对照组,治疗组30例采用中药祛风化痰、祛瘀利水治其标,滋肝养肾、温补脾阳治其本,口服"涤痰定眩汤"剂,配合使用盐酸氟桂嗪;对照组用盐酸氟桂嗪治疗。结果:治疗组30例中,总有效28例,有效率为93.3%;对照组30例,总有效24例,有效率为80.0%。结论:中西药结合使用治疗内耳眩晕症在疗效上明显优于西药治疗,且复发率低。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating vertigo inner ear disease with the Ditan Dingxuan decoction. Methods： Admitted to 60 patients with vertigo inner ear disease according to diagnostic criteria, and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group, treatment group was treated with TCM expelling wind and phlegm, blood stasis and benefits of water to treat the symptoms, nourish liver and Yang Shen, Wenbu Piyang to treat the basic, oral ＂the Ditan Dingxuan decoction＂ agent, plus the use of hydrochloric acid flunarizine; the control group was treated with flunarizine. Results： The total effective number of cases was 28 cases in treatment group, the effective rate was 93.3%; the total effective number of cases was 24 cases in control, the total effective rate was 80.0%. Conclusion： The effect of treating treating vertigo inner ear disease in the integrative medicine was better, low recurrence rate.
