摘要 目的探讨三维CT血管造影(3D-CTA)在破裂动脉瘤中诊断及手术指导作用。方法 2010年1月~2011年3月对26例破裂动脉瘤进行3D-CTA检查并经手术证实。结果术前3D-CTA检查与术中所见结果一致,术中根据3D-CTA影像顺利暴露并夹闭动脉瘤。结论 3D-CTA在颅内动脉瘤诊断中有较高准确性,对制定手术方案具有重要指导作用。 【Objective】To evaluate three-dimensional CT angiography(3D-CTA) in diagnosis of ruptured intracranial aneurysms and its surgical guidance.【Methods】A retrospective analysis was performed on 26 ruptured intracranial aneurysm patients undergoing a 3D-CTA and operation from January 2010 to March 2011.【Results】Preoperative 3D-CTA examination and intraoperative findings were consistent.Aneurysms were successfully exposured and clipped in operation according to the images of 3D-CTA.【Conclusions】The diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms with 3D-CTA is accurate.3D-CTA has an important role for surgical planning.
