呼吸机在抢救重度有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者中的应用

Application of mechanical ventilation in severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning of patients with respiratory failure

目的探讨呼吸机辅助通气在抢救重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法选择急性重度有机磷农药中毒伴呼吸衰竭患者38例作为研究组,抢救期间应用呼吸机辅助通气治疗,另选对照组患者28例,对两组患者临床治疗效果,自主呼吸恢复时间、意识恢复时间以及平均住院天数等进行比较分析。结果与对照组患者相比,使用呼吸机的研究组患者治愈率明显提高,可达到94.74%,而死亡率明显降低,仅为5.26%;患者的自主呼吸恢复时间、意识恢复时间以及平均住院天数均明显缩短(均P<0.05)。结论在重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者中采用呼吸机辅助通气,能有效提高患者治愈率,促进患者生命体征的恢复。

【Objective】To discuss applicable value of mechanical ventilation in treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with respiratory failure.【Methods】38 acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with respiratory failure were selected as the study group,all of them were rescued by mechanical ventilation.While 28 patients were selected as control group.The clinical treatment effects,spontaneous breathing recovery time,consciousness recovery time and average hospital days of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.【Results】Compared with control group,the patients in study group cure rate was improved significantly,up to 94.74%,while the mortality rate was significantly lower（5.26%,P0.05）.Compared with control group,the patients used mechanical ventilation in study group spontaneous breathing recovery time,consciousness recovery time and average hospital days were shorter significantly（both P0.05）.【Conclusions】The using of mechanical ventilation in severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with respiratory failure can improve the cure rate and promote the recovery of patients.
