医院药师规范化培训的实践与体会

Practice and Experience of Standardization Training for Hospital Pharmacists

目的:为提高医院药师规范化培训教学工作水平提供参考。方法:以我院医院药师规范化培训实践为例,总结医院药师带教工作经验。结果与结论:通过制定以周为时间单位的培训计划,落实理论培训、技能培训、思维培训、教学培训和完成作业5个方面的教学内容,加强对师资队伍及学员的管理,采用多种教学模式等措施,可有效提升医院药师培训的整体水平,促进教学相长。

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the improvement of standardization training for hospital pharmacist. METH- ODS： Taking standardization training for hospital pharmacist as example, on-job training experience of hospital pharmacist was summarized. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Overall performance of hospital pharmacist training can be improved efficiently by taking several measurements including establishment of weekly training plan, practice of training program （theoretic training, skill training, thinking training, teaching training and homework completion）, enhancement of quality control and implementation of various training mode and so on.
