磁悬浮式针织提花驱动方式理论研究与探讨 被引量:20

摘要 为降低针织提花圆纬机选针机构的能耗,提高提花织物编织效率,依据磁悬浮理论,提出将电磁力直接作用在织针上的悬浮式驱动织针理论,探讨针织圆纬机的悬浮驱动选针控制原理的可行性。基于磁悬浮式驱动织针方式,提出一种悬浮式织针基本结构,通过磁悬浮式织针装置磁路分析及织针摩擦热和电磁装置热分析,获得了织针的热运动分析结果,探讨针织提花选针驱动织针的新方法。同时,还介绍了织针的控制模型,分析成圈过程中织针运动特性,为后续进一步研究磁悬浮式驱动织针理论,在狭小空间内实现织针提花驱动方式提供理论参考。 In order to reduce energy consumption of the electronic selecting mechanism of a jacquard circular knitting machine and improve the efficiency of jacquard knitting,this paper proposed a propulsion theory for the high-speed magnetically suspended knitting needles based on magnetic suspension theory by means of imposing electromagnetic force directly on the knitting needles.The feasibility of the principle for magnetically suspended propulsion needle selection of the circular knitting machine was discussed.The basic structure of magnetic suspension needle for suspension propulsion was given,and the thermal motion results of the needles were worked out by analyzing the magnetic circuit of the needle system,friction heat of knitting,and the heat of the electromagnetic device.Thus a new propulsion method for needle selection of jacquard knitting was investigated.The knitting control model and the movement characteristic of the needles during loop forming were also discussed,providing a reference for further study of the theory of magnetic suspension propulsion of jacquard knitting,and according to the theory the propulsion of jacquard knitting in a narrow space is achieved.
