摘要 以钢板酸洗废液为原料,采用铁粉预处理、除杂、合成、水洗、干燥、煅烧等工序制备高纯氧化铁红。最佳工艺条件为:预处理温度80℃,预处理时间3 h,铁粉加入量为理论值的1.5倍;除杂温度65℃,聚丙烯酰胺加入量60 mg/L;采用将FeCl_2溶液和饱和NH_4HCO_3溶液同时滴加入反应器的方式进行沉淀反应;煅烧温度800℃。在此工艺条件下处理酸洗废液,可制得纯度为99.3%的高纯氧化铁红。 High-purity iron oxide red was prepared from steel plate pickling waste liquor via iron powder pretreatment, impurity removal, synthesis, washing, drying, calcination, and so on. The optimum process conditions are as follows : pretreatment temperature 80℃, pretreatment time 3 h, iron powder dosage 1.5 times as much as the theoretical value; impurity removal temperature 65 ℃, polyacrylamide dosage 60 mg/L; simultaneous dropping FeC12 solution and saturated NH4HCO3 solution into the reactor for precipitation reaction; calcination temperature 800℃ Under these conditions, the high-purity iron oxide red with 99.3% of purity can be prepared from pickling waste liquor.
