摘要
采用静态阻垢法和动态阻垢法对自行研制的以聚环氧琥珀酸为主的反渗透阻垢剂HLH-201进行了性能研究。静态阻垢结果表明,阻垢剂质量浓度为4.0 mg/L时,对CaCO_3的阻垢率达到89.0%。动态阻垢结果表明,HLH-201能够满足对黄河水的阻垢要求,在加酸调节pH为6.8~7.0时,浓缩倍数可以达到5.0倍。
The properties of the self-made scale inhibitor HLH-201 for reverse osmosis, which is based on polyepoxysuccinic acid, were studied by static scale inhibition method and dynamic scale inhibition method. The static scale inhibition results show that when the mass concentration of HLH-201 is 4.0 mg/L, the scale inhibition efficiency for CaCO3 can reach 89.0%. The dynamic scale inhibition results show that the HLH-201 can meet the requirements for scale inhibition of Yellow river water, and when pH is adjusted to 6.8-7.0 with acid, the concentration ratio can reach 5.0.
