HPLC测定可达灵片中脱氢延胡索碱的含量

Determination of dehydrocorydaline content in Kedaling Tablets by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定可达灵片中脱氢延胡索碱含量的方法。方法采用Aglient 1200高效液相色谱仪;Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为0.05 mol/L磷酸盐溶液-乙腈(68∶32),流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为340 nm。结果脱氢延胡索碱在0.1～1μg进样量内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.0%。结论本方法简便、可靠、重复性好,可用于可达灵片的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of dehydroeorydaline content in Kedaling Tablets by HPLC. Methods Aglient 1200 HPLC with Diamonsil C18 column （4.6 minx 250 mm, 5μm） was used, the mobile phase was 0.05 mol/L phosphates-aeetonitrile （68：32）（v/v）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 340 nm. Results Dehydrocorydaline showed a good linear relationship with peak area integral value within 0.1-1.0 μg （r=0.9997）. The average recovery was 99.3%, and RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion The method was simple, reliable and reorodueible for the quality control of Kedaling Tablets.
