摘要
官德建设是政治伦理研究的落脚点之一,制度伦理又成为我国当前学术界研究政治伦理的新视角。研究和关注制度伦理,不仅有助于深化和发展伦理学,而且能为社会转型时期的伦理道德建设提供理论指导。把制度伦理和官德建设联系起来,探讨二者之间的辩证关系和相互作用,有助于从机制和制度上解决官德失范问题,从根本上推进我国官德建设。
Officials＇ morel construction is one fulcrum of political ethic study,and system ethics is new perspective of political ethic study.It is further promotion and development in ethics and providing the theory instruction for ethics moral reconstruction in a transitional period that study and focus on system ethics.Link up system ethics and officials＇ morel construction,study the dialectical relationship and interactions between them will help us resolve morality of the official in mechanism and system and promote officials＇ morel construction thoroughly.
